Subject: SUB 2008 - 00119 Crozet Cohousing Boundary Line Adjustment.
The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant recommend
approval of the boundary line adjustment plat referred to above once the following
comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,
which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)10] Indicate the right of further division of proposed lots. This is the
number of lots as assigned by the subdivider into which each proposed lot may be
further divided by right pursuant to section 10.3.1. Indicate the number of development
rights in parcels 67A and 67B. The statement can be worded to this form: TMP 56 -67A
has [x] development rights and may /may not be further divided, and TMP 56 -67B has [x]
development rights and can /cannot be further divided. Fill the Checked [x] with the
appropriate number of development rights.
2. [14- 302(8)10] Stream buffers. Stream buffers. Please show the location of stream
buffers required by section 17 -317 of the water protection ordinance, with the
following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance
with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." Refer to the Albemarle County
GIS web online for the location of the water protection ordinance buffer for the stream
shown on the plat.
