Outstanding issues that will need to be further addressed are shown in italics after the original comment from my previous comments dated March 27, 2008. 2. Replace the vertical HardiPlank boards, shown dividing the expanse of siding in the upper section of the South (rear)and West (side) elevations, with a vertical board/molding as wide as the porch cornice line in the East Elevation is tall. Revise the elevations to show the fascia trim boards wider. The vertical width (height) of the fascia board should equal half the height of the porch cornice in the east elevation. At the May 5, 2008 ARB meeting, the Board took the following action as it relates to this comment: Motion: Mr. Missel moved for approval of the second level articulation to include five bays as drawn on May 5, 2008 on Sheet EL -1, First Christian Church, with the latest revision date of 4 -3 -08. 6. Revise Sheet 3 Layout and Dimension Plan, Sheet 4 Grading and Utilities Plan, and Sheet 5 Landscape and Lighting Plan and provide an erosion and sediment control plan clearly indicating proposed and existing tree lines (labeled), the limits of construction, the location and method of tree protection fencing for each tree /tree mass at the outermost limits of the canopy. Include a note on the landscape, grading and erosion control plans stating the following: The movement of heavy equipment and the storage of all materials outside the limits of construction are prohibited. No tree removal or grading will occur within the 75 foot setback adjacent to the Route 250 E. EC. Revise Sheet 7, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Ph. 1, to show the Limits of Disturbance symbol (- - - - - -- - - - - - - - -) on the drawing where labeling indicates it should go. Revise Sheet 3, Layout & Dimension Plan, Sheet 4 Grading and Utilities Plan, Sheet 5 Landscape Plan, and Sheet 7 Erosion Control Plan to show Tree Protection located 5' outside of the proposed tree line. Revise Sheet 7 to include a detail of the method of Tree Protection proposed. Orange vinyl fencing, 4' tall, is one option that could be approved. Revise the Legend on Sheet 7 to include Tree Protection. Revise Sheet 7 to include a note that the tree protection shown around the White Oak and double Hickory is to be installed at the drip line of both trees. 8. Revise the Lighting Photometric plan to include proposed exterior building lighting. Revise the Luminaire Schedule to indicate the proposed finish and color of all fixtures. Revise the lighting maintenance factor (LLF) to 1.0. Indicate whether or not decorative lighting is proposed. If it is, show how it addresses all EC guidelines. Revise Sheet 6 Lighting Photometric Plan to show the location of proposed wall pack light fixtures. Indicate on the drawing their height on the wall. Include a sheet in the site plan set of drawings with cutsheets of the wall pack fixture and all other lighting fixtures in this proposal.. Revise the Luminaire Schedule to include the wall pack fixture and indicate all options chosen. The wall pack will have to be a full cutoff fixture if it exceeds the 3, 000 lumens threshold. Revise the Luminaire Schedule to indicate the proposed finish and color for all exterior light fixtures. Please provide: 1. Two copies of revised drawings addressing the aforementioned comment. 2. A memo indicating specifically how the condition has been satisfied. If changes other than those requested have been made, specifically identify those changes in the memo, also. "Clouding" requested changes (information) will facilitate the review of your submittal. All requested information is to be shown on the sheets in the site plan package - not 3. The attached "Revised Application Submittal" form. This form must be returned with your revisions to ensure proper tracking and distribution. When staff s review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued.
