The final site plan, E &SC, SWM, and street plans for Haden Place, received on 21 May 2008, have been
reviewed. The plans can be approved after the following changes /corrections.
A. Final site plan:
1. Please provide offsite easement plats for recordation with the next submittal for the temporary
construction easements as well as any permanent easements for Stormwater Management or
other utilities.
Reminder, Letters of intent for temporary construction required for final approval.

B. Street plan: (SDP- 2007 - 00200)
2. VDOT approval will be needed before final engineering approval can be granted. VDOT
comments have not been received at the time of these comments. [DM]

4th Rev.Latest VDOT comments:
• The widening of Haden lane needs to be extended in front of lots 1 -8 on the east side of the road
to include 27 feet of pavement as was shown in previous plans.
• The typical section for the widening of Haden Lane on sheet S5 needs to show the 7 foot parking
lane and 27 feet of total pavement width.
• Sight distance at the intersection of Haden Lane and Jarmans Gap Road need to be shown on
sheet S5.
3. A Road Bond has not been calculated at this time. Roads will be built or bonded prior to final
plat approvals.
C. Stormwater Management plan: (WPO- 2007 - 00080)
4. Please submit a check to the county for the amount of $6,826.98 for use of the Lickinghole
water quality basin. This will adequately address water quality for this project.
Please note the Lickinghole rate change occurred 12 February 2008 in accordance with
Board Policy.
3rd Rev. — Reminder. Plan approval is not contingent on this payment. However, no
grading permit can be issued until the fees are paid.

5. Please submit signed copy of the Stormwater Maintenance Agreement and $17 fee to the
County.
Reminder, plans cannot be approved until all applicable requirements are adequately
addressed.

The SWM portion of the Water Protection Bond is $20,400.00 and will become a part of the
total water protection bond amount.
D. Erosion and Sediment Control plan: (WPO- 2007 - 00080)
7. Just a reminder, DCR is enforcing the VSMP General Permit Registration Statement. Please
contact Mr. Matthew Grant, DCR, at 804.225.3068 for more information. This does not affect
your review /approval of this plan.
Reminder
8. The ESC portion of the Water Protection Bond is $40,800.00 and will become a part of the
total water protection bond amount.
