Said plat hereto shows a building set back line of 55 feet, It is understood that this set back line is shown as required by the Albemarle County Planning Commission, and the parties of the first part have no right to enforce said set back line. This property is conveyed to the Trustees, and their successors, in trust for the use and benefit of the Covesville Baptist Church.
