Subject: Rivanna Commercial Park (Phase 2) - Preliminary SDP200800085
The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or
recommend approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments
have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to
the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please provide one datum reference for elevation.
2. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(f)] Please provide location of all watercourses and other bodies of
water on the site.
3. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(1)] If there are any existing or proposed utility easements on the site,
please provide relevant information regarding such easements.
4. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(m)] Please provide location of any proposed outdoor lighting on site.
5. [ZMA87 -19] Per numbering on provided list of proffers, the list does not seem to be
complete. Please correct numbering or provide complete list of proffers.
6. [ZMA87 -19, Proffer 7] Please provide graphic indication of required four (4) acre
buffer zone adjacent to the lots of Airport Acres.
7. [ZMA87 -19, Proffer 7] Please provide explanation of how proffer is satisfied (i.e. how
twice the screening requirement stated in the ordinance for any disturbed areas within
100 feet of the lots in Airport Acres.
