Subject: SDP - 2008 -059- Oliva and Sons- Major Amendment
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
[32.5.6(p); 32.7.9] Provide a landscape plan in conformance with section 32.7.9.
Rev 1: Provide screening for the dumpster per the requirements stated in 32.7.9.8
[32.5.6(a)] The building setback must be from the current ROW line. The original site
plan stated that the building setback is 50 feet from the right -of -way. Show the right -of-
way for Southern Parkway, and revise plan to meet this requirement.

[4.12.13 (e)] Each site plan that depicts a commercial or industrial building of four
thousand (4000) gross square feet or more shall provide a dumpster pad that does not
impede any required parking or loading spaces, nor any pedestrian or vehicular
circulation aisles.
