(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] [32.5.6(p); 32.7.9] Provide a landscape plan in conformance with section 32.7.9. Rev 1: Provide screening for the dumpster per the requirements stated in 32.7.9.8 [32.5.6(a)] The building setback must be from the current ROW line. The original site plan stated that the building setback is 50 feet from the right -of -way. Show the right -of- way for Southern Parkway, and revise plan to meet this requirement. Rev 1: comment addressed [4.12.13 (e)] Each site plan that depicts a commercial or industrial building of four thousand (4000) gross square feet or more shall provide a dumpster pad that does not impede any required parking or loading spaces, nor any pedestrian or vehicular circulation aisles.
