Phase II, Block 2: Final Site Plan June 4, 2008 Revised Plan The Albemarle County Department of Community Development, Current Development planner has reviewed the site plan referenced above. The plan may be granted tentative approval from the Current Development Planner when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. The Site Plan continents below are from the Current Development Planner only. Please continue to work with each reviewer for all Tentative Approvals. The May 2, 2008 Planner comments have mostly been addressed, except the four below. Please address these four concerns and send a plan to Bill Fritz. Final review of these items will allow the Current Development Planner to grant tentative approval. Comment 7: Please confirm that underground parking garage will have a hard surface (pavedtconcretelhard surface pavers); please add a note to the plan. Comment 11: Flow many of the parallel spaces are "off-site" on block I' ' Refer to the Timmons letter submitted June 4, 2008, "Clarification of Changes: Wickham Pond ph 2 blocks 1 & 2 "; Item 1 discusses parallel parking on block 1, to be used in the parking calculation for block 2. Please check the parking space count to see if any spaces for block 2 are on block 1; Add a note on the parking schedule to clarify where the parallel parking for block 2 is located (if off -site, say so; if on -site, note not needed). Comment 13: the lighting note states full cut off and not more that .5 fc at PL or street.... okay. However, by section 4.17 we need either a photometric plan or a statement that no lights >3000 lumens to be installed. Comment 15: Engineering will want to look at the size for the holding tank for sump/grinder pump to remove drainage from the underground garage. As well as providing vehicular access to the pump for maintenance. Please discuss with Engineering reviewer. I will not be available to answer questions, but since we discussed them today I hope you have no problem adding three notes and working with Engineering for the last item on my list. Tentative approvals must be obtained from all reviewers prior to final plan approval. Good Luck.
