Subject: Old Trail Village Block 15 and part of 31 (SDP200800072)
The preliminary site plan has been reviewed. Engineering can recommend approval when the following
comments have been addressed:
1. Suffounding topography and adjaeent drainage areas do not appear- to mateh the euffent existin
eonditions of the site area. Please update the existing eonditions for- an adequate F-eview of the SVOW and stofm drainage systems. [19 32.6.6, 14 302] ,

2. Sheet E 1 does not show the loeation of bloek 31 of portion there of. Please update to show the

7. Drainage computations need review for accuracy. Several places in the drainage computations do not

9. Drainage computations show several storm spreads over 10' and will need to be reduced to below 10'
