The erosion and sediment control plan for Four Winds Farm Plan Amendment, submitted on June
10, 2008 has been reviewed.
A. Erosion Control Plan (WPO- 2008 - 00035)
1. Engineering Review recommends approval to the plan amendment.
2. No additional bond is required for the ESC portion.
3. Please contact Mark Hopkins to schedule pre - construction meeting to continue the project.
B. Stream Buffer Mitigation Plan (WPO- 2008 - 00035)
1. Engineering Review recommends approval to the mitigation plan.
2. The Bond estimate for the mitigation plan is $3000. Please contact Pam Shifflett at ext. 3246 for
information regarding posting this bond.
