I have reviewed the Chestnut Ridge Easement Plats and have the following
comments:
SUB200800143 Lots 6 & 7
Easement Plat needs revision - Revise hatching legend to read "DENOTES NEW
PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT HEREBY DEDICATED TO PUBLIC USE ". Please submit
revised Plat and Deed for County review.
SUB200800144 Lots 13 & 14
Easement Plat needs revision - Statement of consent to division has incorrect
owner(s). Incorrect spelling of owner's name in Lot 13. Owner's name in Lot 14
does not match name listed in Notes. Revise hatching legend to read "DENOTES
NEW PORTION OF PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT HEREBY DEDICATED TO PUBLIC USE ".
Please submit revised Plat and Deed for County review.
SUB200800145 Lot 18
Easement Plat is acceptable. Please submit Deed for County review.
