RE: ARB- 2008 -86: AT &T Sign at Hollymead Town Center
Dear Ms. Williams:
I have reviewed your request for the above -noted sign. Because the sign meets the established criteria for this shopping
center and because it otherwise meets the EC Design Guidelines, I am able to review this proposal administratively for the
ARB. I have approved a sign of the design outlined below. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness.

This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be used. The
acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items
presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require an amendment to the application
and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
PLEASE NOTE that this letter constitutes your ARB approval for this sign. However, it has come to my attention that your
business falls within Area B of Hollymead Town Center, which is in violation of proffers, and the county is not issuing
permits in Area B until the violation is resolved.
If you have any questions concerning any of the above, please feel free to call me.
Sincerely,
Margaret Maliszewski
