This is to confirm our request to delay the ARB review for BB &T's site in the Blue Ridge Shopping Center, due
to revisions to the site layout. We will be submitting revised plans as soon as possible.

Sara:
I just want to confirm that you wish to defer SP2008 -028, correct? If so, the ARB will need their own deferral
request, which can be sent to Brent Nelson, via email.
You do not need to submit a new application or fee with the new plans. You will just need to submit the plans on
the submittal date, which is the 21 st. After you submit the new plans, we will distribute them and will be on the
new submittal timeline.
Also, are you planning on applying for the site plan on the 21 st as well?
Please let me know if you have any questions. Also, please clarify that you are deferring the special use permit.

Megan,
Good morning. I have discussed the option of delaying the SUP and ARB reviews, due to the extent of changes in
the new site layout, with BB &T. They have agreed that this will be acceptable, as it appears that this would allow
us to reduce the total review time by 30 days.
I will be preparing to submit the new SUP submittal to meet the July 21 st deadline. Please advise if the fee of
$980 will need to be paid again.
