(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14 -303P] Notary panels. Please provide notary panels for the notary to acknowledge the signature of the owner beneath the signature of the party signing the plat. 2. A mitigation plan for work within the stream buffers must be provided and approved prior to approval of the final plat.
