The Planner for the Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of
Community Development will approve the plat referred to above when the following items have been
satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time.
Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14 -303P] Notary panels. Please provide notary panels for the notary to acknowledge the
signature of the owner beneath the signature of the party signing the plat.
2. A mitigation plan for work within the stream buffers must be provided and approved prior to
approval of the final plat.
Final tentative approval will be subject to the completion of these comments
