Dear Ms. Hull:
I have reviewed your request for the above -noted sign. Because this proposal does not constitute a
substantial change in design from the previous wall sign and because the design otherwise meets the ARB
design guidelines, I am able to review this proposal administratively for the ARB. I have approved a sign of
the design outlined below. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness.

This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be
used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on
the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will
require an amendment to the application and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review
Board.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate
application must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
2. Logo and channel letters with translucent faces shall be constructed such that no light spills
outward from the top, bottom, sides or back.
If you have any questions concerning any of the above, please feel free to call me.
Sincerely,
Margaret Maliszewski
