The Planner for the Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department
of Community Development will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the
following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon
further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County
Code.]
1. [14- 302(A) 151 Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. The names and
addresses of each owner of record and holders of any easements affecting the property.
2. (14 -302 (B) 101 Stream buffers. The location of stream buffers required by section 17-
317 of the water protection ordinance, with the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown
hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection
Ordinance. "
3. Please supply deeds of easement for review by the County Attorney's Office.
Final approval of this plat will be subject to approval of Albemarle County Departments of Parks
and Recreation, Engineering, and the County Attorney's Office. Further comments may be
forthcoming from the departments listed above and other county agencies not listed.
