Lewis, Esquire McGuire Woods 901 East Cary Street Richmond, VA 23219 RE: ARB- 2008 -102: AT &T at Carroll Creek Tax Map 94, Parcel 17 Dear Mr. Lewis: Based upon the plans submitted and reviewed for the above referenced project, latest revision date June 27, 2008, it appears that the proposed development will have limited visibility from the Entrance Corridor and that it will not constitute a substantial change in design or appearance of the existing development. For these reasons, we have administratively reviewed your proposal and have determined that it will not require a full review by the ARB. Outstanding issues that will need to be further addressed are listed below. 1. Revise Sheet C -2 Enlarged Site Plan by adding the note No additional ground equipment or lighting is included with this proposal. 2. Revise Sheet C -3 Enlarged Site Plan to indicate that the top diameter of the monopole will not exceed 18" and the bottom diameter will not exceed 30 ". Remove the note The concrete pad must be tinted (not painted) brown. 3. Revise Sheet C -4 Antenna Details to indicate that the maximum antenna offset from the outside face of the antenna to the face of the pole is 12 ". Please provide: 1. Two copies of revised drawings addressing the aforementioned comment. 2. The attached "Revised Application Submittal" form. This form must be returned with your revisions to ensure proper tracking and distribution. When staff s review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued.
