Rubinstein Date: 15 July 2008 Description: 1 division — 2 lots Water Quantity The Albemarle County Database shows 21 wells within half a mile of the lot. The wells range from 100 to 445 feet in depth with a median depth of 265 feet. The well yields range from zero to 70 gallons per minute with a median yield of five gallons per minute. The well on lot B is listed as having a yield of 70 gallons per minute and a depth of 305 feet. Water Quality As shown on the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) GIS website, there are no leaking underground storage tank sites (LUST) within a mile.' In a groundwater assessment done for the Albemarle County, ENSAT Corporation divided the county into `hydrologic units'.
