The Planner for the Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of
Community Development will approve the plat referenced above when the following items have been
satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time.
Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]

1. [14- 302(A) 41 Private easements. & [14- 302(A) 5] Public easements. Please designate whether the
existing and proposed public easements are outside of a street right -of -way and the use. (i.e.
"proposed sidewalk easement. Existing easements shall be labeled with the deed book and page
number and the name of the public owner of record. Proposed easements shall be labeled as
"dedicated to public use."
2. [14- 302(A)151 Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Please show the names and
addresses of each owner of record and holders of any easements affecting the property.
3. [14- 302(B) 51 Zoning classification. Please show the zoning classification of the property, including
all applicable zoning overlay districts, proffers, special use permits and variances.
4. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. Please show the location of all existing buildings on the
land to be subdivided within fifty (50) feet of a proposed lot line or a proposed street.
