HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUB200800106 Review Comments Easement Plat 2008-07-08Flow waiverFrom: Amy Pflaum Sent: Tuesday, July 08, 2008 1:02 PM To: kirsten @collins - engineering.com Subject: RE: Flow waiver Kirsten, we just checked over the easements. The widths are fine, however due to the depth of the 24" pipe south of MH- EX2, the easement will need to be shifted into the Crown property, or the pipe shifted toward Flow. Using the diagram in the Design Manual outlining easement requirements, estimate a 5' vertical trench from the bottom of the pipe, starting there at the outside edge of the pipe, add 1' horizontally, then another horizontal foot for every foot of depth to reach the finished ground elevation. I think you'll find that the easement needs be shifted to the Crown side. -Amy -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Kirsten Munz [mailto: kirsten @collins - engineering.com] Sent: Monday, July 07, 2008 2:02 PM To: Amy Pflaum Subject: RE: Flow waiver Ok - I assume its ok that we've widened them in the direction of 78 -15E as shown on the attached exhibit? Also, you made a comment about the width of the strip to be dedicated along Route 250 being inconsistent with the site plan. The plat is actually correct, so we will correct the site plan and incorporate this into the final site plan. Thanks! SUB -08 -15 is on TMP 78 -15E and SUB - 08-17 is on TMP 78 -15. I made these two comments to ensure that you knew that I realized that the proposed drainage easement was overlapping the parcel boundary and was not stating that the width was too small because each parcel only showed a portion of the easement. Regardless, the comment is directed to the one easement that overlaps the two parcels. -Amy -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Kirsten Munz [mailto:kirsten @collins - engineering.com] Sent: Monday, July 07, 2008 1:49 PM To: Amy Pflaum Subject: FW: Flow waiver Amy, Just double checking that your comments # 1 & 4 on the attached were intended to be the same comment? The parcel numbers are transposed and I think that may have been a mistake. If not, let me know. Thanks. Mike asked me to check the status of the 3 Flow easements. I made comments on them on 6/11 and sent them to the project planner. I'm terribly sorry, but I just found out that they did not get sent to you - I thought our planner would do that. Here are the comments, they will require some revisions. -Amy From: Kirsten Munz [mailto:kirsten @collins - engineering.com] Sent: Tuesday, July 01, 2008 11:30 AM To: Amy Pflaum Cc: Scott Collins Subject: Flow waiver Amy, Attached is the parking waiver we submitted previously for Flow Auto.
