(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14 -303] Note ownership of Common Areas (private street) 2. [14 -303H and I] Indicate the location of monuments. 3. [14 -303Q] Use the exact language contained in the ordinance for private well and septic. The recommended location to include this statement is in Note 9 under General Comments on Sheet 1. 4. [ 14 -302A] Use the exact language contained in the ordinance for development right allocation. 5. [14 -400 and 18 -10.4] Verify that the residue of Tax Map 94 -15 has the minimum 150 feet of frontage. 6. [14 -303C & E] Verify the values of L4 and C7 in the line table and curve table. 7. [14 -303K] The road plans for Carroll Creek do not connected to the roads in Glenmore at this time. If the connection is proposed indicate this on the plat. If the connection is not to be made at this time note the location of a temporary cul -de -sac. 8. [14 -303R] Add the note regarding access required by this section. 9. [14 -3035] Provide control points. 10. [14- 308.1] A groundwater study meeting the requirements of the ordinance must be submitted prior to action this application.
