Mike Lenox- Applicant From: Elizabeth Marotta, Senior Planner Division: Zoning & Current Development Date: August 8, 2008 Subject: SUB - 200800191 Lenox 2 -Lot Final The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will recommend approval of the plat referenced above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [Sec. 14- 302All] COMMENT: Instrument creating property for subdivision. Deed book and page number are required; therefore the BLA must be recorded prior to the signing of the subdivision plat. 2. [Sec. 14- 302B1] COMMENT: Please provide the date of the drawing on both sheets. 3. [Sec. 14 -316] COMMENT: Approval of entrance onto public streets. VDOT approval is required for the proposed private street. 4. [Sec. 14 -317] COMMENT: Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. Pursuant to this section, please submit a private street maintenance agreement for review by the County Attorney. 5. [Sec. 14 -416] COMMENT: Individual private wells and septic systems. Health Department approval is required prior to final subdivision plat approval. Soils information was forwarded to the Health Department on August 6, 2008. 6.
