Olton 1975 Walnutside Place Charlottesville, VA 22901 From: Patrick Lawrence, Senior Planner E -mail: plawrence @albemarle.org Re: SP200800118 - Olton/Street Family Div. of part of TMP# 43 - 23I As the Planner for the Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development reviewing the above referenced application I will approve the plat when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed: 1. Please complete the enclosed application form and affidavit certifying family relationship. This item has been addressed in that the Affidavit of Relationship and Health Department approval have been obtained. The following items require completion: a. Please Complete the application form; b. [14 -303S] Control points. Please add at least four (4) control points, evenly distributed across the property and located at survey property corners, and shown on each sheet depicting the property. At the option of the subdivider, the control points may be shown on a copy of the final plat, rather than on the original final plat. c. Please add the following note shall be added to each plat for a family subdivision: "No lot shown on this family subdivision plat may be sold or conveyed to a person other than an eligible `member of the immediate family,' as that term is defined in Chapter 14 of the Albemarle County Code, for a period of four (4) years after the date of recordation of this plat except as authorized by section 14- 212(A) of the Albemarle County Code. If any lot created by the recordation of this plat is conveyed back to the grantor during the four (4) year period, it shall be recombined with the parent lot within six (6) months after such conveyance. " 1 2. Apply the items shown on the checklist missing from the plat to the plat. This item has not been sufficiently addressed. 3. Enclosed is a GIS map showing Walnutside Place and Catlin Road. Please ensure that neither the parent parcel nor the proposed parcel have two access points per Section 14 — 404. Please verify that Walnutside Place is a private road by supplying the dedication of the road.
