Re: Hunters Hall SDP2007 -00116 Final Site Plan and SDP 2006 -111 Preliminary Site Plan
Dear Mr. Philipp:
Pursuant to Section 32.4.3.1 of the Code of Albemarle approval of the above referenced site plan has expired.
The preliminary site plan was approved February 12, 2007. The ordinance requires the final to be submitted
within one year. No final site plan submittal shall be accepted for final approval unless and until tentative
approval for all conditions of the preliminary site plan approval have been met. [Reference Chapter 18, Section
32.4.3.1 for exact language] Due to the expiration of the preliminary site plan no further review of the final will
occur. You will need to resubmit this application for review by the Site Review Committee and possibly by the
Planning Commission.
Those conditions of preliminary approval for which tentative approval have not been obtained are:
From Planning:
1. [32.7.9.4 (b)] You have not provided a signed conservation plan checklist.
2. [32.7.5.3] You have not provided soils analysis for Health Department approval or a Heath Department
approved well and septic plan.
From Engineering_
1. You have not provided an approved easement plat for the proposed 40' access easement and drainage easement
required for this site plan. [18- 32.5.61 &j]
2. You have not provided approved Erosion and Sediment Control and Storm Water Maintenance plans. [18- 32.7.4.3]
3. You have not provided a Water Protection Ordinance fee and application prior to E &SC and SWM prior to review
of these plans.
