The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend
approval of the boundary line adjustment plat referred to above once the following comments have
been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)2] Vicinity Map: Dimension the vicinity map to a scale. The recommended scale is
(1":2000').
2. [14- 302(B)5] Zoning classification. Tax Map and Parcel 59 -23B is not zoned LI. Add the correct
zoning classification of the property on the plat. The property is zoned C1 Commercial.
