From: Summer Frederick, Senior Planner Division: Zoning & Current Development Date: September 4, 2008 Subject: SDP2008 -92 Airport Office Center - Final The Planner /Engineer for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [Sec. 14- 302(B)8] Please extend and clearly identify required setback lines throughout lots. 2. [Sec. 14- 303(Q)] Please provide required statement as to whether the subdivision is to be served by public water and sewer. 3. [Sec. 14- 303(S)] Please provide four (4) control points, evenly distributed across the property and located at survey property corners. At the option of the subdivider, the control points may be shown on a copy of the final plat, rather than on the original final plat. 4. [Sec. 14 -317] The shared parking agreement must be reviewed and approved by the County Attorney's office. 5. Approval of this subdivision is contingent on Board of Supervisors approval of SP2008 -20, allowing stand alone parking on the proposed new lot.
