This letter is to correct the previous review letter dated 17 October 2008 and replaces the
comments from that letter.
The Amendment to the approved grading plan for Gazebo Plaza could not receive Engineering
review as submitted. The review requires the plan to show the existing site conditions at the time
of submittal [18- 32.6.6, 14 -302, policy for date]. Due to the extent of grading that has occurred,
please revise the plan to show the actual existing topography.
Engineering has determined that the amendment for WP0200600021 can be considered an
"Early Grading Plan" and needs to show the existing topography, site conditions, and the
proposed adjustments to the existing contours. No hardscape (i.e. walls, pipes, or other
structures) will be allowed on the early grading plan other than those determined to be required to
protect the early site work. After the acceptance of the new "Phase 1 — Early Grading Plan" the
existing Water Protection bond amount may be reduced. Please submit 2 review copies to
Current Development Engineering.
An early grading plan will require the approval of the Agent prior to final approval. [18-
