Outstanding issues that will need to be further addressed are shown in italics after the original comment from the Action Letter of February 14, 2007. Revise sheet S -2 so as to provide a signed Tree Conservation Checklist. Provide a sample of the proposed dumpster gate color. A photograph of an off -white color fence was provided in this submission with a note indicating the same color would be used for the dumpster gate. A photograph of a color is not a sample of the color. Provide a paint sample of the proposed dumpster gate color. The sample should contain the brand name and the brand color of the paint. The color should be a darker earth tone color to blend with the brick proposed for the walls of the dumpster enclosure. Revise Sheet C6 Site Plan by labeling the proposedpaint brand name and brand colorproposed for the dumpster gate. Revise the drawing to clearly indicate which approved building brick sample is to be used for the walls for the dumpster enclosures. Please provide: 1. Two copies of revised drawings addressing the aforementioned comment. 2. A memo indicating specifically how the condition has been satisfied. If changes other than those requested have been made, specifically identify those changes in the memo, also. "Clouding" requested changes (information) will facilitate the review of your submittal. All requested information is to be shown on the sheets in the site plan package - not 3. The attached "Revised Application Submittal" form. This form must be returned with your revisions to ensure proper tracking and distribution. When staffs review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued.
