The Planner for the Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of
Community Development will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items
have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this
time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each
comment is precede by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14- 302(A) 4 & S] Public & Private Easements - Please show any and all easements, public and
private pertaining to this property, where applicable.
This item has not been sufficiently addressed.
2. [14- 302(A)1 S] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Please show the names and
addresses of each owner of record and holders of any easements affecting the property.
This item has not been sufficiently addressed. Please show the name of the person signing the plat for
the School Board.
3. [14- 302(B) 2] Name of plat preparer. Please show the name of the person who prepared the plat.
This item has not been sufficiently addressed.
4. [14- 302(B)5] Zoning classification. The zoning classification of the property, including all applicable
zoning overlay districts, proffers, special use permits and variances.
This item has not been sufficiently addressed.
5. [14 -303A] Statement of consent to division. Please add this statement: "The division of the land
described herein is with the free consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners,
proprietors and trustees. Any reference to future potential development is to be deemed as theoretical
only. All statements axed to this plat are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. "

dimensions of each public utility, drainage and sight distance easement outside of a street right -of-
