Because these wall signs meet the established criteria for the Hamrick Building, I am able to review this proposal administratively for the ARB. I have approved signs of the designs outlined below. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require an amendment to the application and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1. This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate application must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
