Based on the limited visibility from the road and the sign criteria established for this development, I have approved a sign of the design outlined below. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. WALL SIGN Type: Channel letter Location: Centered within the sign band of the business frontage at 1762 Timberwood Blvd Overall Sign Size: 109 -1/4" long x 25" high Materials: Acrylic and Aluminum Mounting: Letters mounted on raceway. Text: High Tide Burrito Graphics: Wave against sky background Colors: Letters: White Trimcap and Returns: Black Raceway: Painted to match brickwork Graphics: PMS 7462C blue, PMS 2985C blue, and white. Illumination: Internal neon for the letters; no illumination for the graphic/logo box This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require an amendment to the application and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1. This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate application must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. 2. Channel letters with translucent faces shall be constructed such that no light spills outward from the top, bottom, sides or back.
