SDP 200800056 Wickham Pond Phase II Block 2
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of
Community Development has reviewed the latest final site plan revisions for the above reference project,
dated 08- 05 -08, and will approve the site plan referenced above when the following items have been
satisfactorily addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time.
Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment
is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Sec. 32.5.6 j, 1] It appears that some, but not all, existing utility and drainage easements are
shown on the existing conditions sheet. Please show and label all existing utility and drainage
easements on Sheet 2.
2. [32.5.6a] While zoning is provided on Sheet 5, it is difficult to find as it provided under the
category of "Tax Map Nos." Please provide the category header of "Zoning" for the zoning
information on Sheet 5.
3. [32.5.6b] Please explicitly provide the maximum amount of impervious cover on the site.
4. [32.5.6b] Please clarify parking schedule by noting that the 12,800 sf is the net floor area.
5. [32.5.6n] Please delineate on- street parking spaces.
6. [32.5.6p] Sheet 3 calls out the tot lot, community garden, and landscape bed areas. Please also
provide this information on the landscape plan sheet. And, please clarify where the perennial bed
detail is intended to be applied.
7. [32.5.6n][32.7.7.1] You must provide a note on the plan that specifies the equipment to be
provided in the tot lot.
