A. Easement Plat (SUB200800234)
This plat does not match the application for a boundary line adjustment (SUB200800219) of TMP
78 -11 submitted to this office on September 9, 2008 by DDR. However, the applicant has stated
that this plat will be recorded before SUB200800219, and therefore the parcels are shown
correctly.
2. The title of Sheet 3 should be revised to refer to access easements, not drainage easements.
3. The title of Sheet 6 should be revised to refer to utility easements, not drainage easements.
4. Please submit deeds for the public easements to Current Development for County attorney review.
B. Road and Stormwater Management Plan Amendment (WP0200600075/WP0200700078)
5. Please update the notes on the Cover Sheet with the Albemarle County General Construction
Notes and General Construction Notes for Streets found in the latest version of the Design
Manual.
6. An inlet is still shown in the curb return from Olympia Drive to the "Kia Travelway ". It is the
County's understanding that an inlet will not be installed here.
7. Please add the following to the Amendment Description on the Cover Sheet:
Bio- Filter pre- amendment: DA ac; Impervious area: sf; Required area: sf
Bio - Filter post- amendment: DA ac; Impervious area: sf; Required area: sf
Size of Bio -Filer as designed /constructed: sf

Once these comments have been addressed, please submit 3 copies of the revised plans to Current
Development Engineering. Current Development Engineering is available from 2:30 -4pm to discuss these
