I have simply updated the letter. New comments are shown as underlined. Comments that have been addressed are struck thru. Comments that have not been addressed are in plain text. May 27, 2008 September 23, 2008 Morris Coleman 539 Morris Knoll Lane Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: SUB 2008 -125 Coleman Family Division Dear Mr. Coleman, I have reviewed the above referenced plat. It may be signed when the following items are addressed: (Each comment is followed by the appropriate provision from the Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 14 of the Code of Albemarle) 2. VDOT approval of entrance location. [14- 212(b) and 14 -316] 3. Revise the development right note (note number 7) to read: "Parcel C is assigned one development rights and may not be further divided. The residue parcel is assigned 2 development rights and may be further divided." [14- 302(a)(10)] The plat notes that the residue has 3 development rights. The parcel had 3 development rights. One development right was used to create TMP 32 -112A2 (Deed Book 3317. P. 440. 444 and 445 Plat) 7. Provide control points at 4 corners of the lot. [14- 303(s)] 8. Provide verification of family division [14 -211 and 212(A)]. For your use a copy of the family division verification form is,� -attaE;hoa may be found at the County website. However a plat signed October 19, 2006 and recorded in Deed Book 3317, P, 440, 444 & 445 Plat shows the acreage as 8.286. A subsequent plat by Timothy Stanley signed February 15, 2008 and recorded in Deed Book 3599, P. 149, 153 & 154 Plat shows the acreage of the parcel as 12.271 acres. The County will accept your surveyors seal on the plat indicating the acreage but is providing you this information of the various acreages noted for your use. Sincerely, William D.
