Subiect: SDP2008 -147 St. Annes - Belfield Lower /Middle School - Preliminary
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to
above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following
comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please provide the following information:
• Name of property owner;
• Name of developer;
• Tax Map and Parcel numbers;
• Current zoning;
• Complete information associated with SP2007 -53 St Anne's - Belfield New
Academic Building;
• One datum reference for elevation;
• Source of topography;
• Source of survey;
• Total number of sheets in plan packet and index of identifying each sheet;
• Minimum setback lines, yard and building separation requirements.
2. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(b)] Written schedules or data as necessary to demonstrate that
the site can accommodate the proposed use must be provided. Please refer to
ordinance section for specific required schedules and data.
3. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(e)] Existing landscape features as described in Section 18-
32.7.9.4(c) must be shown on plan.
4. It is noted that a request for a waiver of Section 18 -4.2 has been submitted. This
will be processed in a separate review with staff findings provided to the
applicant when made available to the public. This matter has been added to the
Planning Commission agenda for its November 11, 2008 meeting.
