Subject: SUB 2008 — 00244 White and Ward Properties (Boundary Line Adjustment).
The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant recommend
approval of the boundary line adjustment plat referred to above once the following comments have
been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A) 10] Indicate the right of further division of proposed lots. This is the number of lots
as assigned by the subdivider into which each proposed lot may be further divided by right
pursuant to section 10.3.1. Note 6 on the plat indicates that development rights for TMP98 -2D and
2E will not be affected by this boundary line adjustment. Please delineate the number of
development rights in TMP98 -2D and 2E i.e. how many development rights are in each parcel and
state whether either parcel can be further divided.
2. [ 14- 302(B)10] Stream buffer location. The location of stream buffers required by section 17 -317
of the water protection ordinance. Please show the location of the water protection ordinance
buffers along the streams. Refer to the Albemarle County GIS web for guidance.
