Marotta, Senior Planner Re: SUB200800218 Hillsdale Drive/ Rio Road Improvements Revisions The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will recommend approval of the proposed easement plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code. 1. [Sec. 14 -303C] Boundary lines. [Sec. 14 -303I] Bearing and distance ties. COMMENT: Please clearly delineate all corners; particularly between Cl, L3, and C2, then between L4, L5, L6, and L7. It is not clear where L3, L5, L6, and C2 are exactly. 2. [Sec. 14- 302131] General Information. COMMENT: Please make sure revision dates are provided and correct. 3. COMMENT: VDOT approval of this proposed right -of -way dedication is required prior to final plat approval.
