Pursuant to our conversations yesterday, on behalf of our client AT &T /New Cingular Wireless LLC, we would like
to request an indefinite deferral of the following two sites while we coordinate a site plan submittal with the
Current Development Department, which we expect to occur by the November 10th submittal deadline: CV 393
Crossroads (ARB 2008 -152) and CV 333 Springdale (ARB 2008 -153).
Please let me know if you need anything further in connection with this request and thanks for your patience while
we work through these issues.
