The Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community
Development will approve the plat referenced above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Sec. 14 -309] Soil evaluations.
[Sec. 14 -310] Health Director approval of wells and/or septic systems.
[Sec. 14 -416] Individual private wells and septic systems.
COMMENT: Please provide three sets of required soils information for review. Final plat cannot be
approved without the approval of the Health Department Director.
2. [Sec. 14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. COMMENT: VDOT approval of access to the
residual lot is required.
