The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [Sec. 14 -309] Soil evaluations. [Sec. 14 -310] Health Director approval of wells and/or septic systems. [Sec. 14 -416] Individual private wells and septic systems. COMMENT: Please provide three sets of required soils information for review. Final plat cannot be approved without the approval of the Health Department Director. 2. [Sec. 14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets.
