HomeMy WebLinkAboutCLE200800227 Review Comments No Submittal Type Selected 2008-10-22From: Bill Fritz Sent: Wednesday, October 22, 2008 11:07 AM To: 'wec8y @virginia.edu' Cc: Stewart Wright; Amelia McCulley Subject: UVA Foundation Fun Barn at Morven (CLE 2008 -227) I have been asked to determine if a site plan is required for this use. I have reviewed all of the information submitted with the Clearance Application and am unable to make a determination about the need for a site plan. Additional information is required, specifically: The plans submitted are not to scale. Therefore, I am unable to determine the area available for assembly. Please provide the floor area for the areas labeled "Existing Theater ", "Existing Dining Room" and "Existing Hall" (the Existing Hall is shown to have posts removed. The floor area provided should be for the new floor area.) Provide information on the number of parking spaces currently available on site. A sketch showing the areas and access would be best. Provide information on the anticipated maximum number of attendees at one time. Please make clear if you are intending to make any changes to the entrance onto Route 795. With this information it will be possible to determine if a site plan is required. At the end of this email is the language in the ordinance used to determine to if a site plan is required.
