The Planner for the Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of
Community Development will approve the plat referred to above when the following items have been
satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time.
Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14- 302(A) 21 Vicinity map — Please provide a map at a scale of one (1) inch equal to two thousand
(2,000) feet showing the property and its relationship with adjoining land and streets, its
relationship with landmarks in the area and, if the subdivision is a phased subdivision, all other
phases of the subdivision for which a final plat has been approved, in detail adequate to describe
the location of the property without field review.
2. [14- 302(A)4 & 5 and 14- 303(L)1 Public & Private Easements — Please show any and all
easements, public and private pertaining to this property, where applicable.
3. [14-302(A)III Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. Please show the deed
book and page number of the instrument whereby the property was created, as recorded in the
office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county.
4. [14- 302(B) 101 Stream buffers — Please show the location of stream buffers required by section
17 -317 of the water protection ordinance, with the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown
hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance. "
5. [14- 302(A) 151 Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Please show the names
and addresses of each owner of record and holders of any easements affecting the property.
Final tentative approval will be subject to the completion of application and final plat
