The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community
Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.
1. [Sec. 14- 302A2] Vicinity Map. COMMENT: This section requires the vicinity map be provided at a
scale of 1'= 2000'. Please revise the map.
2. [Sec. 14 -302A 10] Right of further division of proposed lots. COMMENT: Per this section, provide
development rights information and required note(s) verbatim.
3. [Sec. 14 -302B 1] General Information. COMMENT: 1 " =80'is not an acceptable scale. Please use a
conventional scale such as I"=100' or 1"=60'.
4. [Sec. 14- 302B21 Name of plat preparer. COMMENT: Please provide name of licensed professional
preparing the plat.
5. [Sec. 14- 302B7] Reservoir watershed. COMMENT: Please provide note as required by this section;
this property is NOT within a water supply watershed.
