COMMENT: This section requires the vicinity map be provided at a scale of 1'= 2000'. Please revise the map. 2. [Sec. 14 -302A 10] Right of further division of proposed lots. COMMENT: Per this section, provide development rights information and required note(s) verbatim. 3. [Sec. 14 -302B 1] General Information. COMMENT: 1 " =80'is not an acceptable scale. Please use a conventional scale such as I"=100' or 1"=60'. 4. [Sec. 14- 302B21 Name of plat preparer. COMMENT: Please provide name of licensed professional preparing the plat. 5. [Sec. 14- 302B7] Reservoir watershed. COMMENT: Please provide note as required by this section; this property is NOT within a water supply watershed.
