The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or
recommend approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments
have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to
the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [Sec. 14- 302(A)l11 Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision must be
sited on plat prior to final approval. It is understood that the submitted Rural Division
SUB2008 -271 creates the parcel proposed for division. Consequently, SUB2008 -271
must be approved and recorded and relevant information added to this plat prior to
final County approval.
2. [Sec. 14- 303(S)] Please provide control points.
3. [Sec. 14 -310] Health Department approval must be received prior to final approval.
Required soils work for Health Department approval has been submitted for review
and approval.
4. [Sec. 14 -317] Approval of shared driveway maintenance agreement must be received
from County Attorney prior to final approval. Please see attached for review of
submitted maintenance agreement.
