The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to
above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following
comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please provide magisterial district on site plan.
2. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please provide correct information for parcel located on the
northern side of SR 22. Parcel TMP70 -10 has been subdivided.
3. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(b)] Please provide all required schedules for parcel, including;
percent and acreage of open space, schedule of parking including maximum
amount required and amount provided.
4. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(d), Sec. 18- 32.6.6(b)] Existing topography and proposed grading
must be provided in such a manner as to be easily discernable.
5. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(e), Sec. 18- 32.5.6(p), 18- 32.6.6(i)] A landscape plan accurately
showing existing landscape features, as well as proposed landscaping must be
submitted.
6. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(m)] Please show distance to the centerline of the nearest
existing street intersection for both existing and proposed ingress /egress to /from
property.
7. [Sec. 18- 32.6.6(j)] A lighting plan showing outdoor lighting information including
a photometric plan and location, description, and photograph or diagram of each
type of outdoor luminaire must be submitted.
"NOTE: The proposed construction must receive ARB approval prior to final site plan
approval being granted.
