Re: Pavilions at Pantops Phase 3
Dear Mr. Kinney:

conflicts do not exist. Show vertical separations between the water and
sewer lines.

conflicts do not exist. Show vertical separations between the water and
sewer lines.
Sheet C -15
1. Show water main serving fire hydrant between MH S -4 and S -5.
Sheet C -16
1. Show drop connection for MH S -6.

Hydraulic Anal
1. Refer to the Hyland Ridge Hydraulic Analysis for the demand calculations.
2. The locations of the fire hydrants on the layout exhibit do not match the
locations shown on the submitted plans.
3. The connection for Phase 2 West between the ACSA and RWSA water
mains is not shown correctly. Although I do not believe this will make a
difference in the model, the layout should reflect accurate conditions.
Since changes are required on only a few sheets, you may submit three
sets of these sheets and I will insert them into the final package. If you have any
questions concerning this review, feel free to call me at (434) 977 -4511, Ext. 114.
Sincerely,
