The Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community
Development will approve the plat referenced above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Sec. 14 -303S] Control Points. COMMENT: Please provide control points as required by this section.
2. [Sec. 14 -306] Private streets information. COMMENT: VDOT approval is required for the proposed
new street's intersection with State Route 609. The final plat cannot be approved without VDOT
approval.
3. [Sec. 14- 302B7] Reservoir watershed. COMMENT: Please specify which water supply protection area
this property is in: Buck Mountain Creek water supply protection area
