The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or
recommend approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments
have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to
the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. The submitted plat is not in accord with approved SDP2005 -125 (Attachment A). The
entrance to the MANOR HOUSE lot must come from Marsh Lane and access to the
office building must come from Colridge Drive, as shown on approved site plan.
