I've added a sight distance easement to the subdivision plat we spoke about for Parcel 12B Tax Map 81. I've also
corrected the right of way information to read 30' Prescriptive. I've attached .pdf files for you to review. The
county's file number for the plat is SUB200800270 and the planner is Elizabeth Marotta. Please let me know if
you have any revisions or questions. Thanks

We have submitted a plat to the county for a two lot subdivision near Boyd Tavern. We are a creating a new
private street easement that needs entrance approval. I have attached a .pdf of the plat. If you could give me a
