All plats for Public Use Easements must have a note partainig to "building sites." 3. All plats for Public Use Easements must have an exhibit to reference buildings to Public Use Esement or rights -of -way. (i.e. constrction documents) Rec'd 29 -Jan February 20, 2009 4. Notes 1, 2, and 3 have been satified by submittal of January 29, 2009 5. All easement plats, with the exception of SUB08 -303, 304 & 307, are ready for signatures. 6. SUB08 -303 will require an acreage of the drainage easement and a deed of easement. 7. SUB08 -304 will require a deed of easement as drainage easement. 8.
