The previously submitted plans included construction and disturbance to the TMP 76 -46B for a temporary haul road. This concept has been abandoned at the moment and this review is only for the as -built information shown in sheets 1 -7. Due to the change in scope of the plans and the time since the last submittal, the previous review sequence has been abandoned. The following comments must be addressed to satisfy engineering review. 1. Please bubble all sidewalk locations and characteristics that are being amended with this plan. (Rev. 1) Comment has been addressed. 2. Approval from VDOT is required. A plan has been submitted to VDOT for approval. (Rev. 1) VDOT approval has not yet been received. 3. According to the provided photos, the plan for the east side of the Mountainwood apartment parking area does not appear to match what is in the field regarding the striping and the curbing around the flume. If this minor amendment is approved, modifications to the site will need to be made to match the plan. (Rev. 1) The waiver for the parking lot design has been granted. The unstriped area may only be used as large vehicle parking. 4. Please provide computations for the flume opening from the parking lot into the VDOT ditch. (Rev. I) Comment has been addressed. 5. The dumpster appears to have been sited in an area where a considerable amount of water runs across the pad. Please provide spot elevations in the area and a computation (intensity of 4.Oin/hr) to confirm that stormwater does not run through the dumpster area. [18- 4.12.19] (Rev. 1) The waiver for the drainage across the dumpster pad has not been granted. The drainage issue must be addressed before the amendment is approved. The Chief of Current Development has determined that curbing is not required on the north side of the Mountainwood Apartment parking lot.
