The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14 -302 (A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. The street `Rea's Creek Drive' has changed
named. Show the correct name of the road on the plat per Andy Slack's comment.
Rev]: Comment adequately addressed.
2. [14 -303 (0)] Signature panels. Delete the Planning Commission signature line in the
County signature panel.
Rev]: Comment adequately addressed.
Additional Comments:
3. [32.5.6 (b); 4.12.8 (e)] Provide an instrument for the shared parking for Block 1 and
Block 2 for review and approval from the County Attorney as specified in section 4.12.8
(e). If the shared parking is approved by Zoning, this instrument must be submitted and
approved by the County Attorney before the plat is signed.
